Jem brought me to this Myanmese Restaurant,
Inle for dinner after he was recommended by his two Myanmese colleages. The restaurant has an extensive menu which serve authentic Myanmar crusines. Though I've never been to the restaurant in Myanmar - A fishing village over a lake, the restaurant gives the right ambience and those enlarged pictures on the wall are prettyyyy

Food tonight was recommended by Jemy because he was entrusted with the task (Can trust him
lah because he's a food picker if not he wont bring me here. lol) Anyway, we ordered the Pickled Tea Leaves Salad and Butter Rice with Pork Curry. Both of them are shiokness

This salad, as the name suggests consists of pickled tea leaves mixed with lots of different kinds of nuts and shrimps, fried. When I had my first mouth, I thought it was alright only but after a few mouths, it got me addicted and I couldnt stop eating. ahhhhh~

And this restaurant speaks Jemy's language because they have IMT which explains partly why he likes or loves this restaurant. hahah. IMT wasnt too sweet and because of that, I find it quite tasteless and not my kinda milk tea. But overall, it's drinkable. heh

The rice is good. What's more worth mentioning is the pork. It's soft and the curry accompanying is a lil sour and not too spicy which gives the right combination. It came with a small bowl of soup. He warned me that it was very sour but when I had my first mouth. I felt cheated. It WASNT very sour, just very normal. But the soup is seruously great. You guys may find it bits of sour but I'm already immune to sourness since I like eating on lemon slices. What's more sourish than lemon. heh

Lao Niang looking sleepy and satisfied Superb filling and it was lots of walking afterthat. Btw, interested parties can head to the basement of Penisular Plaza, Opposite Burger King for food trial; which of cos you've to pay. hahah

Mooncake festival in two weeks time! Which means it's time to burn more candles and paper lanterns. It's going to be havoc time at the canal again. I dun really like mooncakes unless it's those special kinds or those mooncakes-alike-agar-agar which Mdm Wongs makes which also means more people will gain weight. hahahahah. Peaceeeeee
