Food Blog: Bugis

Went to QQ Noodles House for dinner. As the name suggested, it was for noodles. Instead, we went there to have rice. It was self-service from taking your own orders to paying. These couple of steps have to be fulfilled before the food will be served shortly after.

Food was not bad and I like the seafood lala. It was very well-cooked and the gravy goes well with my white rice! That plate was just enough for me, appetising! heh

Sambal Fried Rice

Wantons - Cant taste the fillings!

Lala

Homemade orange - Syrup seriously

Then, walked around to digest first before our desserts because the friend's craving for something sweet. Sweet tooth eh! And we made our way to Liang Seah, wanted to have 阿秋's dessert but it was full house. Headed to the other one which was quite packed too and managed to get a seat

This is the shop with alot of idols photos but I find their desserts' alright only. 阿秋 serve better ones! heh. Probably, you guys can forget bout going there to eat, dun get fooled by the name =P

Boiled milk with mango juice (Cold)

Almond paste

The boiled milk with mango juice, gotta eat with the mango juice. If not, I think the boiled milk is icanttakeit because I'm not a fan of milk and I dun really drink them. The mango added definitely adds favours to the boiled milk. On the other hand, the almond paste isnt as fantastic. It's not fragant and the paste kinda stick together. tsktsk

This is my second time there. The other time with Ms Lam. It wasnt a good experience also. hahahah.

So, dun go there =)

Jem invited me to the Objectifs; BUD Student Showcase exhibition. Obviously his exhibits are there lah and I thought it was really cool to have your own pieces up there. heh. And he told me there's reception too but when we reached there, it was only biscuits, biscuits and more biscuits; chips and more chips. I'm so on the verge of killing him as I'm quite hunger. hahah. But the drinks could make up for it lah as there were soft drinks, WINE and beer. LOL (beer not in caps because it's tiger. heheh)

Which made me redddd

His was the 'Home' set and he wasnt quite happy with his products due to some technical reason. LOL. But I couldnt see the faults if he din pointed out. I'm a blind noobie =/ His classmates' photos were up too. The black and white 'Hands' set and the 'Lift' set which was nice! And I like one of the photos in the 'Construction Site' set which shows a man dangling in the air. It was kickassed. heh. Wondered how the photographer took it or rather, how did the man stayed there? The rest were pretty interesting too and some of the basics people are quite good. ahhh~

Ms Nanny and the rest if you guys are still interested, it'll be till the end of July. It's just a mini exhibition with great efforts and work. heh. It was dinner afterthat. Food finally =P And you've got to see my masterpiece at the end of eating - The leftovers. hheh

Seafood platter

^^

He parked his car at Odeon Towers as the parking there is cheap, according to him lah. On the way back to get the car, I find this place quite niceee! So he set his camera up and timer, took a photo but OUT OF FOCUS! His camera was more interested in focusing what was going on behind us because there was this Japanese Lounge/ktv/pub thingy and there were Japanese working men and those ladies. Well.. you get the picture right? His camera is coloured. tsktsk

I fell =/

Too tired after work. Snoressssssss
